How we handle the information you share with us, including CVs and recruitment enquiries.
When you contact us or use a form on this site we collect the details you provide. For employers this is your facility, your contact details and your hiring requirement. For candidates this is your profile — name, contact details, profession, experience, licence status and the CV you upload.
Uploaded CVs are stored securely within our recruitment system, outside the public website, and are scanned for malware on upload. They are not published, listed or made searchable anywhere public. Access is restricted to the MedGrowth recruitment team.
We use candidate information to match you against current and future roles and to contact you about opportunities. We use employer information to respond to your brief and manage the search. We do not sell your information, and we never charge candidates.
Your CV is never sent to an employer without your agreement to that specific role. Your name and current employer are released to a facility only once you have agreed to that submission. If you tell us your search is confidential, we exclude your current employer and related facilities from all matching. Employer hiring plans are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to candidates without agreement.
Candidate profiles are kept active so we can match you against new mandates as they arise. We check in roughly every six months to confirm your details are current. Employer enquiries are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship.
You can ask us to update or delete your profile at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by contacting us at the address below. On request we will remove your profile and CV from our systems.
