A fully licensed hire, not just a strong CV.
Current vacancies with licensed UAE healthcare employers.
View healthcare jobsA strong clinical CV is worth nothing until DataFlow primary source verification and Prometric licensing are complete, a timeline many facilities underestimate.
Workforce planning is usually reactive. A vacancy opens and the search starts from zero.
Executive hiring gets evaluated with the same lens as clinical hiring, when the two require different judgment entirely.
Sourcing and verification start together, not after an offer is accepted. By the time you select someone, the licensing file is already open and moving.
Roles are mapped against your operating plan and your growth plan, so capacity is ready before the demand arrives rather than three months after it.
Leadership hires are evaluated on operational and commercial fit, P&L judgment and the ability to hold a clinical team to a standard. Clinical credentials alone do not answer any of that.
Employment visa, medical fitness, Emirates ID and activation are managed as part of the hire rather than handed to a disconnected vendor at the last moment.
We recruit across the full clinical and commercial structure of a healthcare facility, from a single specialist replacement to a complete opening team.
Consultants, specialists and general practitioners across primary care, surgical, aesthetic and diagnostic specialties, including medical directors and clinical leads.
Registered nurses, charge nurses, theatre and recovery, aesthetics, home care and midwifery.
Physiotherapists, radiographers, laboratory technologists, pharmacists, dietitians and dental hygienists.
Chief executives, chief operating officers, clinic managers, revenue cycle leads and facility managers.
Roles mapped against your operations and growth plans, not just the seats that are currently empty.
Scope, licence requirement, timeline, and whether the role is advertised openly or handled confidentially.
Candidate sourcing runs alongside DataFlow and Prometric processing.
Licence status is verified against the authority record before any profile reaches you.
Visa, PRO and activation handled end to end.
Workforce planning revisited as the business grows.
A hire is not a hire until the professional is licensed to practise in that emirate. We run that process rather than handing it to the candidate and hoping.
Because this runs alongside the search rather than after it, a confirmed candidate is not a six month delay in disguise.
Some roles cannot be advertised. Replacing a consultant who has not yet resigned, staffing a service line that has not been announced, or changing a medical director are all situations where a public advertisement damages the facility before the hire is made.
We advertise these roles without naming you. Candidates see the facility type, the emirate and the requirement. Your identity is released to a shortlisted candidate only once you decide it should be, and never on the public listing.
Most of the facilities we recruit for are already working with us on something else, which means we usually know a team is needed before the job description exists.
A licensed medical director is a condition of activating the facility licence, not a post-opening hire.
A facility that is not trading has no team. The full clinical roster has to be recruited and licensed before it can reopen.
Recruitment and credentialing run centrally against one standard rather than being re-sourced at every site.
Staffing model, clinical productivity and the real cost of an unfilled room.
Tell us what you need to fill and when. A recruiter comes back to you within one working day, and sooner if the requirement is urgent.
The search is usually the shorter part. The determining factor is licensing, because a candidate cannot start until DataFlow primary source verification and the relevant authority licence are complete. Where credentialing starts alongside the search rather than after the offer, that timeline compresses substantially. We give you an indicative timeline for your specific role and the candidate's current licence status at the briefing stage.
Yes. We manage DataFlow, Prometric and the licence application as part of the hire. For urgent roles we prioritise candidates who are already licensed or who hold an eligibility letter, and we tell you plainly which category every shortlisted candidate falls into.
Yes. Confidential mandates are standard. Candidates see the facility type, the emirate and the requirement. Your name is released only to a shortlisted candidate, and only once you agree to it.
Dubai under DHA, Dubai Healthcare City under DHCC, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain under DOH, Sharjah under SHA, and the Northern Emirates under MOHAP.
Fees are agreed per mandate and depend on the seniority of the role, the number of positions, and whether licensing and PRO services are included. We confirm the basis in writing before any search begins. We never charge candidates.
Yes, including locum cover, visiting consultants and sessional arrangements. Licensing requirements differ for these and we confirm what applies before the search starts.
