One profile. Considered for licensed healthcare roles across the UAE, including the ones that never reach a job board.
Two short steps. No account, no password. If you would rather send it on WhatsApp, that works too.
A facility replacing a consultant rarely advertises the role. Neither does one opening a service line it has not announced, or a group hiring a medical director. Those searches start with a call to a recruiter and a shortlist drawn from people already known to them.
MedGrowth works across clinic setup, acquisition and operations as well as recruitment, so we often know a facility is about to need a team before the facility has written a job description. Registering once puts you in front of those requirements first.
You receive an email with your reference number, usually within a few minutes.
A member of the recruitment team reviews your profile and your licence status.
You hear from us directly, with the role, the emirate and the licence requirement.
Your profile stays active and is matched against new mandates as they come in. We check in every six months to confirm your details are current.

Yes. Many of the professionals we place start the process from outside the UAE or before any licensing has begun. Tell us your current status honestly on the form and we will tell you what the pathway looks like.
No. Your profile is not visible to employers. Your name and current employer are shared only after you agree to a specific submission, and if you tell us your search is confidential we exclude your employer and any related facility automatically.
Qualifications with issuing institution and year, licences held with the authority and expiry, post-qualification experience by role and dates, and procedures or clinical scope where relevant. Continuous dates matter, because gaps have to be explained during primary source verification.
It varies with the country of qualification and how quickly the issuing institutions respond. Preparing the file correctly the first time is the single largest factor in how long it takes. We prepare and track the submission for candidates we are placing.
We contact you every six months. Reply to that email if your licence status, location or availability has changed, or send an updated CV at any time.
