MedGrowth is the business partner behind the business of healthcare — based in Dubai, working with doctors, investors, clinic owners, and hospital groups across the UAE and GCC. The premise is simple: a healthcare business is one continuous journey, not a series of separate vendors, and it deserves one accountable partner across all of it.

Why MedGrowth Exists

The UAE has no single national health regulator. DHA licenses Dubai, DOH licenses Abu Dhabi, MOHAP covers the Northern Emirates, and DHCC/DHCR licenses facilities inside Dubai Healthcare City — each running its own portal (Sheryan, TAMM, Riayati), standards, and inspection regime, before Sharjah's own authority and free zone even enter the picture.

Most founders learn this mid-project: juggling parallel licensing tracks while paying rent on a facility that isn't generating revenue yet. The market's usual answer has been more specialists — a licensing consultant for the paperwork, a contractor for the fit-out, an agency for patients, a recruiter for staff, and eventually a broker for the sale. Each one solves their piece and moves on.

We think that compounds risk instead of reducing it.
