From Concept to Opening Day, Built to Outlast It

Feasibility, licensing across DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and DHCC, and a coordinated path to opening day — designed for the business this facility needs to become in year three, not just the inspection it needs to pass on day one.

The Problem

The UAE's licensing landscape is split across four authorities with no single point of coordination, and most delays trace back to choices made before licensing even starts: an unvalidated location, an ownership structure that limits later growth, or a fit-out built only to satisfy an inspector.

Sequential vendors — license first, then fit-out, then staff — routinely add months of rent on a facility generating no revenue.

The Approach

Feasibility and catchment analysis happen before capital is committed. One team manages company formation and both facility and professional licensing tracks (DataFlow, Prometric, activation) across the correct authority.

Licensing, fit-out, and early recruitment run in parallel, and the facility is designed against future accreditation and insurer requirements from the first floor plan — not retrofitted for them later.

Process

How it works

01

Feasibility & Strategy (2–4 weeks)

Validate the opportunity and the financial model before committing capital.

02

Licensing (6–12 weeks, overlapping)

Facility and professional licensing run together.

03

Build (8–16 weeks, overlapping)

Fit-out planned for future accreditation, not only inspection.

04

Launch (4–8 weeks, overlapping)

Recruitment, empanelment, and marketing before opening day.

What changes

The difference

Let's talk

Plan the build around year three, not day one.
